Masturbation Scenario

Masturbation Scenario:

"The New Testament doesn’t explicitly address masturbation, but the principles outlined regarding sexual immorality and self-control are relevant."

I have no clue as to why there are so many YouTubers creating videos that outline

"Masturbation will send you to hell" when clearly there is not direct link except by way of losing yourself to the "Demon Called Lust."

We are all made to go through puberty, so we all go through that phase of checking out what's going on down there and the feelings that come with it.

"God didn’t design this phase of life as a trap, but rather as a natural part of human development."

What I got out of reading in the New Testament was,

Masturbation is NOT a sin and so many people are You Tubing about it, calling it a sin that will send you to hell.

Not at all true unless there are other things going on behind the scene which we will discuss below.

We are all human, I believe masturbating relieves both man and woman from the devil digging his way into your thoughts. For if you did not masturbate, "one would keep having this tension build up and every time he or she saw someone or smelled someone who turns aroused them. This could be a catylist for a much more darker impulse to occur. Begins with thoughts and these thoughts will build upon each other Until something gives.

Uncontrollable thoughts can lead to deeper harmful implications and sometimes a loss of control.

Now here is where "Masturbating Becomes a Sin"

If you don't have the tools the the word of God gives us or you don't know Christ and you masturbate. Eventually if not right from the beginning. The thoughts you have that lead up to the "wetting of the dream" let's call it. These thoughts will begin to jump around having you think of things that arouse but are not right.
I don't think I need to say anymore.

If masturbation leads you to "lustful thoughts" don't do it.

  • If masturbation leads you to thinking of other woman than your wife, don't do it.
  • If masturbation leads you to thinking of yourself being with same sex, don't do it.
  • If the above happens, keep your head in the word and ask for understanding and it will come.
  • If your on a business trip and you need to masturbate or go to the bar, masturbate.
  • If your married and masturbate while thinking of only your wife, I have found no lines crossed.

Masturbation | PPT When does it become an issue.

"Masturbation becomes problematic when it leads to lustful thoughts or fantasies that are sinful in nature. If it stirs up desires that are contrary to God’s design for sexuality, it’s a matter of the heart, not just the action."

I believe "Masturbating is healthy" for the body, mind and relationships. But only if you are in control of the thoughts you have to facilitate the deal.

"If you have insights or disagree with this interpretation, feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below. Please include any relevant scripture from the New Testament to support your point."

Or else it's just gibberish.

Conclusion:

Masturbation in and of itself is not a sin from my point of view, regarding the New Testament. The point that it becomes a sin, is when it becomes addictive, in public, leading to exposing yourself to people. If you do not have control over your mind and begin to have thoughts that are not right in the head.
In order to have control over your thoughts, you must learn about the tools that are given to us, which help us stay free. Free from the flesh and its desires and free from Lucifer and the thoughts he pounds us with.

For if you are not equipped with the tools from the Bible, your mind will be infiltrated. It only a matter of time. Most times you won't even know it.
